Help Fund My MFA Thesis Film - Enter the Portal

Hello! My name is Rachel Lindsey, I am a student getting my MFA in Film from Full Sail University. I am opening this fundraiser to be able to afford purchases like an office location, a fog machine, and lights. Also, I need to feed my cast and crew for the 3 days we are shooting in July. The money will also go toward essential items like hand soap and sanitizer, batteries for equipment, drinking water, and a First Aid Kit.

If we exceed our budget, then left over funds will go towards entering Portal To Madness into Fantastic Fest in Austin, TX; Freak Show Horror Festival in Orlando, FL; and Screamfest in Los Angeles, CA.

Portal to Madness is a short film adapted from H.P. Lovecraft's short story Pickman's Model. When up and coming journalist Kate Thurber lands what is the breakout story of a lifetime interviewing eccentric artist Richard Pickman, she realizes that his hideous drawings are not from his imagination, but from reality and she stumbles upon the fearsome creatures that live in the Portal to Madness...
