My name is Evelyne, and this GoFundMe page is for Yayoi Sashara. She is a resident at an assisted living home. She has exhausted all resources and does not have the funds to pay rent for May. The goal is to raise $4975.0. This is the amount she needs to cover her expenses from May 1 to May 31. This is a one-time fundraising effort on her behalf.

Effective June 1, she will be receiving support from other sources. She has been placed into another assisted living home, but she will not be able to move to her new residence until June 1.

Yayoi is 92 years young. She is quite a spry young woman! One of Yayoi's favorite hobbies is painting. The medium she uses is the traditional Japanese painting style called Sumi-e. You can see her artistry in some of the pictures posted.

Yayoi is small in stature, but her will is mighty and her mind is forever young! She is dearly loved and adored by all at her current place of residence. Her spirit brings a smile to everyone!
