Hi, my name is Sierra, and I’m reaching out for help during the most overwhelming and painful time of my life. I’m a devoted mother to my sweet boy, Silas, and I’m currently going through a high-conflict divorce that involves a protective order, custody concerns, and serious legal complications.

Why I’m Asking for Help:

My husband filed for divorce and is now requesting sole custody of our child. There is also a protective order in place, and I’m navigating multiple court cases at the same time. I’ve already paid over $6,300 for a criminal defense attorney and owe $1,000 a month for that case — which means I can’t afford a family law attorney for the divorce and custody battle.

I’ve applied for legal aid, but due to staff shortages in my region, they may not be able to take my case. Without representation, I’m at risk of losing custody, stability, and protection — not just for myself, but for my son.
