Ensure Safety for Kaydaliz and Sole Custody

UPDATE!! We won 3 years more of the DVO and now waiting on an indictment for the wanton endangerment charges on the baby. We really need an attorney to fight for Sole custody so we that know that the baby is safe. A passport isn’t needed to travel to Puerto Rico so we don’t want to take any chances of her being put on a flight as I’ve been threatened many times. I really need to get this case in front of David Williams and in order to do that I need 3,000 more. Go Fund Me isn’t letting me change the amount.

My name is Kayla and I am the mother of Kaydaliz who was born on 9/10/24. I've been in a domestic situation and I'm trying my best to get my daughter out safely.

On 12/8/24, I was assaulted with a weapon involved while I was trying to buckle my daughter into her carseat to get out of the situation. The other party has an attorney for court and I do not. I was advised my side will not be heard the way it needs to be for her safety.

After speaking to many attorneys, they feel it's important I'm represented at the EPO hearing and the criminal hearing in order to ensure my daughter gets the protection she needs. Since it would be so easily for her to be put on a plane and sent to Puerto Rico without needing a passport. She is 12 weeks old and I’m just now going back into the working world from maternity leave and the sole provider of her, so I can't afford an attorney. So all the funds will be going to an attorney for custody. If God places it on anyone's heart to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
