Ensure Safety at Charis: Fund an AED

Charis Classical Academy does not have an AED (defibrillator) on its side of the building.

Sudden cardiac arrest, although rare in youth, is on the rise and serious if it does occur, often stemming from undiagnosed heart conditions. It can be fatal if not treated quickly with CPR and an AED. Every minute lost decreases the chance of survival by 10% The AED in Royalmont Academy’s part of the building is simply too far away if an emergency does occur.
