Due to recent flooding we must build a bridge to ensure safe access to our home in the event of future superstorms like the ones we sustained in July 2023 and again in July 2024. After the storm in 2023, we brought in fill and constructed a new retaining wall while maintaining the original 4 foot culvert that has been on the property for many years. When the storm hit this year, the destruction was worse and it is necessary to improve upon the drainage system in addition to restoring our yard and driveway. The estimated cost for this project is over $120,000. Any money gifted will go toward design and construction costs. We very much appreciate any help received.
