Hello everyone,

I would like to introduce you all to my dad, Pete. At this very moment, he is in Pre-Op, currently getting ready for a procedure that consists of an amputation in his right foot. We opted to try and save his foot, but unfortunately, he was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, which in turn means he was too badly infected and had extensively low blood flow.

The nurses and doctors have been very helpful and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Once he’s done with his procedure, he will need to go to a skilled nursing home for rehabilitation.

We were informed that his medication is covered by half with his insurance, but his copay out of pocket is still pretty high. With this, we are asking for your help to ensure that my dad gets the necessary medication for his healing process.

Please understand that my father is on a fixed income and he and his wife barely make it by. So any help is greatly appreciated.
