My daughter Lisa needs to be put under anesthesia for her upcoming doctor appointment and our insurance won't cover it. It is our hope that we can cover both the dental bill and the medical bill with these donations.

Any and all help would be appreciated as we are doing the best we can to make sure her cavities are being treated so she won't have any problems in the future.
