Ensure Future Rescues Like Giant Yellow Eyes

We saved this Great Horned Owl after she was wadded up in our canal. We cut her out of the tree. We originally thought she was a he with broken wing. We learned that females are bigger than males. Our amazing rehabilitation facility took her in and unwound all the fishing line.

Our cat Tatortot named her Giant Yellow Eyes.

She is set to be released next weekend after this next storm passes.

While we will never know her outcome after release, but a little bit of money can assure if another bird is hung up maybe they will have another great outcome
