Hello friends and family of Cindy Arauco. This GoFundMe account is being set up to assist our friend Cindy with the cost of personal caregivers. Cindy has had numerous medical setbacks in 2024. She has been hospitalized 6 times since October 2023 including her recent extended stay at a rehabilitation facility where she has been getting stronger. She is finally coming home!!! We are so excited about this and want to ensure that she has the help needed to prevent further hospitalization. In order for her to safely stay at home, she will need personal caregivers to supplement the care provided by family. Insurance will not cover the cost of this care as it is not considered medical or nursing. Daily assistance will prevent further hospitalizations and expedite her ability to get stronger and gain as much independence as possible. Many of you have indicated that you want to help Cindy and the family, and this is their biggest need at this time. We are setting a goal to raise funds to pay for approximately two months of care until we can evaluate what (if any) care will be needed after that. Any amount that you can contribute will go directly to paying for personal caregivers that have been coordinated by another sister in Christ in the medical field.
