My name is Kelly and I just inherited/adopted a doggy.

His name is Carlos and I love him already. He needs to be neutered and get a complete physical, including all of his shots. I already have an elder dog, and Carlos is proving to be a great companion for him! I'm retired with a limited income and just need help to start this handsome guy off to a healthy, happy life! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
