Ensure a Proper Farewell for Gary Stancombe
Donation protected
This is a fundraiser for my brother Gary Stancombe, "Sam".
Gary has passed as of April 15th, 2025. Our family is in great disbelief over the loss of my brother. We are asking for help to make sure he has a proper burial and service that he well deserves.
Gary was a wild child growing up, and I was the little brother that would get dragged into his shenanigans. He had my back when I got into my own troubles. We soon found out as we got older that there were things we didn't see eye to eye on, but we would always chop it up as most brothers do and move on from it. Gary was my only older brother, and he is already deeply missed by many family and friends. We wish we could rewind time and change what has happened, but we have to put faith in the Lord.
Gary loved his boys, Gatlin and Grayson, and his daughter, Emma.
Gary was a hardworking individual and drove a dump truck for a living. He enjoyed living fast, riding his Harley, and spending time with his kids and family. He built his home and wanted the best for his kids. He lived by "dirty hands, clean money."
Gary was a pistol but cared for the ones who showed him the same care that was given to him. He attended Sunday service at New Horizon Church with Pastor Reed and looked up to him as a mentor and friend.
I know our Grandma and Grandpa are welcoming him with open arms at the gates of heaven. I know he will be watching over his children, family, and friends.
Psalm 23:4: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."
Rest in peace, Gary. We will see you at those gates with welcoming arms when our time comes. I love you, brother.
