I'm a lucky person who was able to grow up with the benefits of going to a summer camp in the Adirondacks, as well as a parent who sent her children to the same camp. I have experienced and seen first hand how life changing overnight summer camp can be for children.

A good friend has an eleven-year-old son who would greatly benefit from this same summer camp in the Adirondacks. Wilder is a smart little boy who has raised lovingly entirely by his single mother, who works hard but would not be able to afford an enriching opportunity like this. He has been generously offered a scholarship to attend but is in need of an additional $1500 in order to attend.
