My Nana. Eudelia Flores arranged her and my grandfathers funeral with Pierce Brothers Valhalla in North Hollywood. Last year my grandfather passed away when he got sick he wanted to change his services to just cremation instead of what they originally purchased back in the 90s. The mortuary would take funds from the original full funeral arrangements of just my grandpa to cover cremation they had her sign some documents with the idea that her services were to remain the same. Since two full funeral were more valuable than one cremation And now fast forward 1 yr and she passed away Easter morning from Congestive heart disease and they tell us that day they cashed out her service Full funeral to pay for my grandfathers cremation. We said makes no sense 2 full services for a cremation well back in 1999 when it was purchased the price is much less than the cost now. They pretty much legally ripped us off and now we dont have enough to to pay Funeral home and her services are Friday if you can please help.
