Hey Guys!
So This upcoming Summer I plan to depart the country in an effort to study abroad for 4 weeks. Beginning on May 17th I will leave the US to start my journey in London, England the following day. My trip to Europe will consist of London, England; Ghent and Brussels, Belgium; Amsterdam and Nijmegen, Netherlands; Frankfurt, Mainz and Heidelberg, Germany; and Paris, France!
Throughout the duration of my life I never expected to be able to go outside of the country, its never even something I could picture myself doing due to my financial circumstances, though it has always been a dream of mine.
Not only will this trip fulfill one of my life goals but this opportunity will award me the chance to broaden my knowledge of the international business world and culture, gain (6) summer credits toward graduation for my technical communication minor, and engulf myself in the hands-on world of technical communication upon visiting PR firms, Magazine Editorials, Universities, Museums and more.
As we know traveling across country can get very expensive so in an effort to take advantage of what I see as a huge opportunity I will need some help fundraising in order to go on this trip this upcoming summer.
I want to put emphasis on the fact that anything helps, even merely a dollar and is GREATLY appreciated!
The money will be used to help me pay for;
Instructional Fees, Housing, Meals, Flight, Passport, Education related fees (Books etc) my International Student Card and extra anticipated personal fees and I will be posting updates as I obtain these things!
Sidenote: While GoFundMe is an amazing resource and extremely convenient for long distance relationships I ask that if you see me on a regular basis you could please give me the money in person as there is a fee for the usage of this app.
