Enoch is in need to bring back his eyesight...

God always has a purpose for all life circumstances we encounter. Enoch is my son and is the only boy in my entire family, given by God to me as my little angel to nourish and raise the best I could ever imagine. He is completely DEAF in his RIGHT ear and has a very severe PROFOUND hearing loss on his LEFT ear since he was 2 years of age and his left ear is now deteriorating to deafness and that made him a very special baby. Enoch is a very brave child since birth, together as a single mother we've gone through great moments of his life and worst moments of him going through multiple surgeries to survive in this so called life. Last year, he had a major accident/emergency while paint balling. Another teenager accidentally shot my son directly in the eye with his paintball gun less than six feet apart, at 285 fps (feet per second). They were in the parking lot, so gear such as masks, was not needed to be worn (only in field), however there's a barrel to cover the paintball gun (when off the field) but the boy did not do it. The boy's family did not want to take any responsibility and I do not have the extra money to take any legal actions against them.
We are not here for self-pity, but we are seeking help from people who have a compassionate heart.
According to my son's Ophthalmologist, Surgeon for his Retina and Cornea Specialist, he suffered from severe trauma OS as follows:

1) Cataract,Traumatic, Total OS (New Dx) with Tx Plan of Cataract Surgery with IOL. Surgeon explained that there are no guarantees about the visual outcome and explained the risk of cataract surgery including, but not limited to hemorrhage, infection, retina swelling (macular edema), retina detachment, corneal swelling, glaucoma or elevated intraocular pressure, dislocated IOL, droopy eyelid (ptosis) and blindness.

In addition, 2) Enoch suffered from Traumatic Hyphema OS, it is caused by a damage to the iris inside the eye with subsequent bleeding into the anterior chamber of the eye. This caused decreased vision, inflammation in the eye, elevated intraocular pressure, and put the patient at increased risk for future glaucoma, which is what Enoch is now facing due to waiting for a long period of time for his multiple surgeries to happen.

Also, 3) he is suffering from Corneal Edema, Secondary OS to high impact of trauma with 4)Corneal Abrasions OS that causes so much pain in his eye and causes tearing or redness that does not improve or worsen despite treatment. 5) Mydriasis OS, which is a large pupil that does not close properly.

Lastly, he had a 6) Vitreous Hemorrhage in his Left eye in the front chamber (this was his most recent surgery for his eye) and now the back chamber is very crucial for the surgeon to clear out as soon as possible.

As a single mother, I want to do everything I can to save my son's eye due to him having many complications already, for it is such a huge burden for him to bare. The last thing I want is for him to lose his eyesight completely. Majority of my savings from my emergency fund to my ROTH and Traditional fund I have used from his last five major surgeries. At this time, his Cornea Specialists informed me of all the upcoming surgeries that he would now have to face:

Enoch is in deep need of Cornea TRANSPLANT which will cost over 10k.

The LENS of his eye got completely dissolved now and he no longer have lens in his eye that is also needs to be done in surgery which will also cost us over 15K or 25K for CUSTOM LENS if it can be available at later time. 

Enoch is also in need of IRIS specialist to evaluate the damage to it that it retained due to waiting period of clearing of the blood into the back CHAMBER of his eye which until now we are waiting to happen. Each plan of care such as Treatment Plan & evaluation for pre-op & post-op and recovery are things that needs to be done during Enoch's surgeries.

Cleaning of the back CHAMBER to see all his peripheral nerves are intact which we are hopeful that Surgeons can save after a plan of surgery. Clear and clean the blood & paintball that stained in the front & back CHAMBER of his eye after his CORNEA Transplant.

Enoch will need total of six more surgeries to regain normalcy in his life for his Left eye. He is currently unable to see in his LEFT eye, however, after recovering from the last eye surgery, he is able to see a very faint shadowy cloudiness within 6 feet. He has gone through so much during his healing process, using more than 13 eye drop medications including antibiotics and Oral meds to settle the bleeding, pressure, pain, his severe headaches and flares ups that he has been going through.

Health Insurance from my work only covers 55% and the rest I must pay out of pocket. On top of his severe trauma in his Left eye. He just recently had a major surgery repair last three weeks ago and I'm doing my best to help him recover before his next surgery, six weeks from now. The reason why I decided to create my son a GO-FUND-ME is for all his Health and Medical expenses that we are not able to cover. This would also support his Psychological assistance, which we got a referral for him to see a therapist to cope with all his physical complications. I Thank God for all of those who are willing and able to send forth assistance to us. If you are not able to, I would greatly appreciate your prayers for my son.
