Hi, I need help. I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do, but I am at the end of my rope.

Over the last 2 years my life feel has been unraveling and every time I think I can catch my breath, something else happens. This started I when my ex-wife divorced me and am I still processing that. As a result, and trying to deal with severe ADHD and depression, my mental health has suffered to the point that earlier this year, I entered a 3-month partial in-patient hospitalization program to get help and tools that would help me manage my mental health issues (I do take meds for the depression). The therapy experience was positive, but re-entry back to the world was not. With near-daily breakdowns and changes to my job upon my return, I was stressed out, overwhelmed, and barely functioning. I made a choice to leave my job in mid-May to protect my mental health.

To make ends meet, I have cashed out my retirement fund, sold possessions, received support from my mom, and drove for DoorDash. All while searching for a full-time job and learning how to be a single parent to an amazing and awesome 10-year-old daughter.

On top of this, my ex-wife blindsided me a couple of weeks ago with a court petition to alter our custodial agreement. So instead of the 50/50 custodial agreement, she feels that I should only see my daughter every other weekend and only during the day.

As I write this, I am to the point where I cant pay my bills and I don't know what else to do. I can no longer make ends meet and it’s getting worse each day. So I am reaching out to ask/beg for your help, please.
