Enna's Jersey Slice Spot & Pizzeria
Donation protected
THANK YOU! For all your support at Orno's and well wishes to our family!
It was a difficult decision to close Orno's; but for health safety and personal family reasons, we had no choice.
Today, you are invited & needed to invest in the future of our Jersey Pizza adventures, as we are now in Galway City, Ireland.
I am asking if you can lend me $500.
Lucky enough to be a dual citizen, I moved my family to Galway on May 1st. My sister, Mary Carroll, has been here for 6 years with her family and since last summer, our dad too. We are very excited to be here, Sienna now has her 2 cousins very close by to grow up with.
When she started talking, she would always only say "Enna" and I told Keila, "That's what we'll call our next pizzeria!" :)
Now we have located the ideal small shop in the heart of the City to create - "Enna's - Jersey Slice Spot".
Take a look at this location:
it’s the red unit, “Deacy’s”

This is the perfect time to begin.
Mainly serving slices, we will design this space for quick to go service with a rebuilt window that will provide straight outdoor service. While giving us more room inside to operate, this design keeps staff and guests at a proper distance.
Our specific ask is for you to be one of 100 of our guests to support our plan with a $500 loan.
Please! Make a donation of any amount but those of you who can help us at or above $500, we will pay back.
Our operational goal is to keep it simple!
Open 5 days a week & Sell 50 Slice Pies per day
@8 slices per pie - 400 slices
400 slices plus 200 drinks - $5 average slice sale
400 x $5 = $2,000 daily x 5 days a week = $10,000 weekly
Particularly with dining options extremely limited, we estimate Enna's will reach these sale numbers before our first year is realized.
I have drafted out a detailed business plan with startup & initial operating costs that are reliant on your support.
We are setting the bar at $20,000 because we have an investor who will match up to this amount. We are confident that your support will have us reach our broader fundraiser goal here of $50,000 to get us on track properly. This is total budget of $70,000 +/- to build out & launch.
Thank you in advance for making your Donations and Loans!
And thank you for all the love for us and our work over the last 3 years in Glen Ellyn.
<3 Sienna, Keila & Joe!
Enna’s Jersey Slice Spot
We will be viewing the space next week. My sister has gotten the ball rolling & we expect to finalize lease terms within a 2-4 weeks.
It would be tremendous if you can share this with anyone you know who has been a guest of Orno's.
Any questions or suggestions, click the contact button & let me know.
Here are just a few pictures from Orno's. The best moments would be when East Coasters would come in incredibly skeptical but then approve that "this is really Jersey Pizza!"
