I am reaching out to ask for your support for my friend Yelena in her fight against cancer. She was diagnosed with stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer in January 2023.

After undergoing eight rounds of chemotherapy, followed by surgery and radiation, new tumors were discovered in her brain. She went through two more surgeries in 2024 and 2025, along with additional radiation therapy. These treatments have caused complications in her hip joint, leading to severe pain and mobility issues—yet she has never stopped fighting.

Following recent tests, Enhertu therapy has been identified as the most promising next step in her treatment. This therapy has shown effectiveness in similar cases and offers real hope. However, the cost is approximately 100,000 CAD per year, which is an overwhelming financial burden for her and her parents.
