Bentley's Life

Hi, my name is Adam and I'm raising money for me and my Mom's dog Bentley. He was just diagnosed today with a rare complication of Lyme Disease (Nephritis) AKA Kidney Failure. He just turned 4 this past month and has helped both of us through some difficult times in our own lives. He is an instant people magnet and is friendly to anyone he comes into contact with. He surely puts a smile on everyone's face with his loving and stoic personality. The Veterinarian gave him 3 months to live if he is not further treated by an Internal Medicine Veterinarian in Massachusetts. They need the payment up front and We pray that this can help him survive. Anything is immensely appreciated.
