My name is Ahmed, and I am the only provider for my family in Northern Gaza.
Today, we are living in a tent, facing freezing cold, hunger, and unsafe conditions. I live with my elderly mother, and my three sisters: Rahaf, Nogoom, and Yasmeen — and we are also responsible for my sisters’ children, who depend on us for everything: warmth, food, safety, and hope.
Before the war, I worked as an engineer and was building my future step by step. We had a home and a normal life. But the war destroyed our home, took away our stability, and forced us into displacement. We lost almost everything.
Since then, survival has become our daily reality.
Even if the fighting has slowed down in some areas, the suffering in Gaza has not ended. Northern Gaza is still experiencing destruction, shortages, and extreme hardship. Food and clean water are scarce. Prices have become impossible. Medical care is limited. And every day brings new fear and uncertainty.
And now, with winter, our situation has become even more dangerous.
In a tent, the cold at night is brutal — especially for the children and for my elderly mother. There is no reliable electricity, no heating, and not enough blankets or warm clothing. Rain and strong wind can turn our tent into a nightmare overnight. Every morning, I walk long distances searching for food, water, and firewood — doing everything I can to keep my family alive.
I launched this fundraiser and updated it because our reality keeps getting harder, and because I have no other way to protect my mother and the children.
Your support will help us survive by providing: ✅ Food and clean water
✅ Warm blankets, winter clothing, and heating essentials
✅ Medicine and urgent medical needs
✅ Basic necessities for life in the tent
✅ Safety and support for the children during this crisis
Every donation — no matter how small — is a lifeline.
If you cannot donate, please share our story. Sharing can also save lives.
Thank you for standing with us during this unimaginable time.
