Headed by our visionary writer and director, El Vance, our passionate team, including Darshan Hosking as producer, Grace Blackmore as production designer and editor, are incredibly eager to bring this timely and important piece to fruition.

With your support, together, we hope to bring "ENGENDERED" from a complicated planning document to an visually enchanting and eye opening work of art.

Log line:

Three transgender dancers come together to explore their journey from dysphoria to euphoria as a trans person.

Synopsis:

In this experimental documentary, 3 transgender dancers come together to explore their journey with their physical body through their own 2-minute choreographed

dance pieces. This piece is designed to uplift and empower trans people, giving their power back to them and their bodies, and to showcase to the rest of the world the

unique struggles trans people find within their bodies. Each of the dance pieces will be intercut to show the exploration of their gender between their experiences of body

dysphoria, to finding who they are now. Each dancer, initially tasked with exploring the concept in their own way, will present their own version of this journey.
