It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don Neeper, a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and friend. On Friday, March 24, 2023, Don left this earth too soon in a tragic accident, leaving behind his devoted wife, Kim, and sons Jon and Ryland.

My name is Cigdem Slankard, and I am a close friend of the family. While our community of friends and family grieve this unimaginable loss, I am asking for donations to help Don’s family at this difficult time. Funds raised will assist the family with end-of-life expenses including a memorial service, expenses incurred during the search and rescue mission, and other unexpected needs.
