Here's the latest....
Since the last GoFundMe in July 2019, Heather was slowly making progress physically and
beginning to rebuild. Unfortunately, right after the first of the year, she began having chest pains and after
numerous doctors visits and tests, she was told that she had the worst case of
endometriosis possible, effecting less than 1% of women, and that it had spread throughout both of her
lungs and diaphragm. Read her blog for additional information: https://heatherpippel.blogspot.com/2020/03/more-ahead.html?m=1&fbclid=IwAR3BS5D-sALbOevD2dTx0kx1lQ2FGx8fZRxaeDBT3Y-j0Zy13_fvRGsn1lA
Looking forward, Heather has two surgeries scheduled for April and May that are highly invasive on her
lungs and diaphragm. Doctors have indicated these surgeries are nearly as serious as brain surgery, but with
the power of prayer and knowing the strength that the Lord has equipped Heather with, she continues
overcome great physical and emotional trials.
To make circumstances "worse", the day after Heather was notified when her first surgery to place, she was unexpectedley let go from her position at Joy House. In a short time span, she has had to look for housing that will allow her to stay there for the next few months, so
needless to say, money is exceeding tight and we serve a generous and powerful Father.
As the body of Christ and fellow friends of our dear Heather, let's rally around her as she endures
this unexpected time of physical and financial trial knowing full well that God is in control and will handle her every need! If you are unable to give financially, please pray during this time for
peace, healing and strength.
Jeremiah 30:17
"I will give you back your health and heal your wounds" says the Lord. "For you are called an outcast-
Jerusalem for whom no one cares."
