Ender needs surgeries

My name is Edgar. I am a US Army veteran and Ender is my Emotional Support Animal (ESA). After a long and painful transition out of my time in service I found myself feeling lost, and exhausted, physically and emotionally. When I was at my lowest point, I found Ender. He was a puppy that had been discarded in the garbage along with a litter of his brothers. But, despite all of the hardships, he persevered. I hesitantly fostered this 6 week old pup, as I was barely able to take care of myself, and was looking to find him a forever home as soon as possible. Needless to say, he never left my side, and quickly became my adventure buddy. He will be 10 years old this July, and has become the reason why I get up in the mornings to get out and run, why I push myself to eat healthier, and why I better myself when it comes to my overall decisions in life. He has shown me unconditional love even when I did not deserve it. 


I'm writing this as he lays next to me, because I need the help of my community to help me take care of my boy. Unfortunately, Ender has a large cancerous mass growing next to a very sensitive part of his anatomy. He has been in and out of the vets in the past couple of months and keeps getting referred to specialists due to the size of the growth and the location of the mass. He's already due for at least a couple of surgeries, one of which will have to be extremely sensitive and reconstructive. It's all very overwhelming the costs keep adding up. 


Anybody that knows Ender will attest to his kind demeanor and ability to snuggle. Please help me keep my buddy pain free, by donating even the smallest amount or sharing this. And, even though I make fun of people who speak to their animals… if Ender could speak, I'm sure he would thank you as well.
