My Sister Lana and I are running the Canton 10k Road Race on September 26th in honor of our beautiful brother Adam who passed 6 years ago this September 29th.
Adam was 25 when he passed so it seems fitting to set a goal of $2,500 that we will be donating to Shatterproof. Shatterproof is a non-profit that works to end stigma around the disease of addiction and uses proceeds to provide treatment and support to people struggling with addiction.
Our brother was so much more than the disease he succumb to. He was vibrant, authentic, hilarious, pure hearted, loyal, intelligent, creative, philosophical and a jack of all trades. If you were near him you were going to be laughing...hard. He loved his family. He loved animals and kids. He loved eating. He loved music. He loved riding bikes and adventures. He was a dare devil. He was affectionate. The sweetest soul. To know him was to love him. Lana and I are proud to call him our brother.
He will never stopped being loved and missed and we will never stop living in his honor.
Your contribution means the world. Thank you.
