Scott is my 51 year old brother who was seriously injured in an accident due to the negligence of his former employer. Scott was awarded funds for loss of income and medical care but the business declared bankruptcy and he received virtually nothing after relying on the legal system and a law  firm.

 

Scott obtained SEVERE back injuries from the accident. He suffers debilitating pain daily. I admire his always kind and generous demeanor despite his excruciating discomfort. He has not known what a day free from pain feels like since the accident. That was 3 years ago. He has been prescribed numerous pain medications that provide little assistance. He needs surgery. He has not received unemployment due to the dishonesty of his former employer and he has no health or disability insurance. We have tried EVERYTHING to qualify for help but nothing has been successful.

 

Please help my brother Scottie. I so want to see his always smiling face not covered in sweat from the pain he tries so hard to hide.
