As if 2020 couldn't get more stressful...My father turned 79 on June 13 2020,  on June 24th he was diagnosed with Stage 4  brain, bone and lung cancer. NO signs of being sick, he would be the first to tell you he has lived a full and happy life.

The swelling in his brain has caused a rapid decline in his ability get out of bed and function normally. My mother (77) needs assistance overnight and hours through the day to help care for him.  24 hours care has taken a toll our family, asking for help wasn't on our radar. 

We are hoping to raise enough money to supplement the cost to cover 60 days of in home care for my mother and father for his final days. All donations will help. 

All unused funds will be donated to help other families in similar need of help to the Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center. www.deloro.org/services. Or give to them directly, we may all need similar help one day.
