Drexel and I are creating this GoFundMe to ask for help. Drexel is Dietmar's only child and next of kin, leaving us solely responsible for Rebel's end-of-life expenses. Rebel's death was sudden and unexpected, and he did not have life insurance. His cause of death has not been determined as of today, but we believe it was health related. He died peacefully and without struggle June 2, 2020.
We are asking for any financial help that our friends and family can provide. We have to present payment by 6/10/2020 or a daily fee will begin to accrue. As most of you know, Drexel and I are expecting our first baby - Rebel's first granddaughter, Aurora. Rebel requested to be cremated, and we would like to have a necklace made for her.
We will not be having a funeral for Rebel, but a memorial ride will be organized at a later date in Dayton.
Dietmar "Rebel" Polasek was born February 2, 1963 in an unknown town in Germany. He was abandoned in an orphanage and later adopted by family members in Houston where he was raised and would later meet Gail, his wife of 30 years and Drexel's mother.
We appreciate all of your support, love, and prayers during this difficult time. Rebel was a loved member of the biker community in Dayton and had many friends throughout the Liberty County area that he called family.
