my sister and I received the worst case scenario in our dads battle with cancer yesterday. Dad has battles stage 4 prostates, bone, stomach, spine, neck cancer and more. His cancer has completely consumed his body and his Doctors are out of any other options and we heard the dreaded words “we are sorry..there is nothing else we can do”, so my sister and I will be soon meeting with hospice to set up care for our dad. Dads cancer is progressing very rapidly and aggressively and we are looking at a few months. Some may not know, but dad does not have life insurance due to getting diagnosed with terminal cancer and every life insurance policy has refused him. He receives 741$ a month for SSI and that is what he is living off of which is impossible to do. We want to be able to provide,  help keep him comfortable, fed and happy in his last months. As bad as it hurts our pride we are reaching out to the ones we love to ask for help in donations to help give my dad the proper end of life ceremony. We are not finically able to bury our father on our own. Dads wishes is to be cremated but that is still over $1,000 dollars. And we would love to give him a small ceremony as he deserves to remembered as the amazing man he is.

Any donation will be more than appreciated, but PRAYERS ARE EVERYTHING. We are transitioning into a part of our life a young mothers and wives who just lost our mother in Nov 2020 and now preparing for losing our dad in 2022. Nothing I have imagined would happen. It hurts to ask for help, but my dad deserves this & i vow to always protect my daddy in anyway i can if that means asking for help so that we can provide for him in the way he deserves. He would never ask for help, so i am asking for him.
