Mike Gurule had an unexpected diabetic episode, which in turn caused a heart attack and stroke.   After spending a week in ICU fighting for his life, he lost the battle.
He is remembered for his love of nature,  careers in logging, reforestation, fire fighting, and as a Park Ranger and Meat cutter.
Mike loved hunting, fishing, frog gigging, clamming and anything there was to do outdoors.   He was a kind person that would help out whenever he could.
He is survived by his father, 1 brother, 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
This go fund me account was started to help his children with end of life expenses.  The funds will go directly to the children.  Thank you for your contributions.
