End of Life Expenses for Jane Munoz

Hey friends, my name is Shantel and I'm putting this fundraiser together for my grandma Jane. She was taken care of by my mom, Diane, who never left her side during her last years and days. Due to my mom needing to be her full time care-taker they fell on hard times and my mom is still trying to recover. I am choosing to be vulnerable by asking for help to pay for the end of life care that my grandma deserves.

My grandma Jane was one of my most favorite people in the world. She was the grandmother of all grandmothers and her love knew no bounds! She was so liked in her home town of Erie, Colorado that she could not go anywhere without seeing someone she knew which sometimes made our outings very long lol. During those outings, one of her favorite past times was driving in the car listening to her favorite artists like Patsy Cline and Dwight Yoakam which are now very fond memories that I have with her. She was also an excellent cook and even would help my mom in the kitchen until the last few months of her life. My grandma Jane was also uncommonly kind and an exceptional role model which are traits that she passed down to my mom. My cousins and I all have friends that my mom and grandma would take in and love as their own children. I have so much gratitude for the love that my grandma showed me. The world was so blessed to have her in it!

Now here's where we need help. Her wishes were to be cremated and my mom would like a beautiful urn to match my grandma's beautiful soul. We are foregoing a formal funeral but would love to throw her a Celebration of Life. She loved flowers of all kinds and we would love for her urn and pictures to be adorned with flowers. Unfortunately though, before we can even start planning this Celebration we need to pay for her cremation, urn, death certificates etc. We are doing what we can with the money that we have but we won't have enough to take care of all of the necessities, let alone her Celebration. Please consider helping my mom and I achieve these things. We so much appreciate any and all of the support that we can get and I know my grandma Jane would appreciate it too!
