On October 6th Jamie went into the hospital because of fever and not feeling well. She was transferred out to St Luke's Baptist in San Antonio after she was found unconscious in her room and was put on a ventilator. After getting to St Luke's Bapist Hoaptial they found she has a very bad MRSA infection. It has spread to all of her organs. She has bad damage to her heart, her kidneys are not functioning and she now has serious brain damage from the infection. The Doctor called today to say the damage to brain is very serious and that if even if we beat the blood infection she has a very low chance of regaining brain function. The choice was given to keep her on life support for her remaining life and hope her heart doesn't give out or to let things happen naturally. After discussing this with family we have decided to let things happen naturally. We will be meeting with the Dr on Oct 19th to let them know our decision. Are are needing help with the cost of her end 9f life plan and memorial expenses.
