End of life charity event in honor of Lucy

Hey lovelies, friends, family, followers and anyone who have been following my life with my pets in Greece for a while:

Unfortunately I have some pretty devastating news to share and I need your help. My sweet girl, Lucy the past year has had a decline of her health, in the beginning I thought it's because she's getting older but with some treatments she will be able to at least enjoy her senior years. Unfortunately after many different things we've tried with her amazing vets it's like she made the decision for herself, she stopped getting excited in the morning and wasn't in the mood for walks, the latest days though the realisation hit me when I saw her not finishing her food . Whoever knows Lucy, knows that she LOVED food and she could eat anything and everything ! I wanted her to go with dignity and at this point I'm even worried about how fast I should do it so she's not suffering any more. I'm trying to keep her comfortable and give her to indulge on all her favourite snacks that she can't resist. We believe we have another week or maximum two with her . So now to the reason why Julia helped me create a gofundme . I have never done anything like this before but I wanted Lucy's death to make a difference no matter how small or big in the lives of strays of my area. Lucy was found by my local shelter called " Spaz " and was finally captured after enduring a great deal of stress in her life . My Lucy is a " foster failure " since I was only supposed to keep her for a while before her finding her forever home , but turns out that I was personally unable to part from her since she made my days brighter . I will make another post after her passing explaining and talking about all the ways how Lucy helped me and made a change in so many lives . For now I need your financial help no matter how small or big it can be so I can plan an event in honour of her memory with the purpose of raising money for the shelter that saved her life. The money you will donate will go towards her final fair well procedure, the expenses of the event and of course and mainly to the stray dogs shelter I'm supporting. That one day all the strays will not be in the streets anymore and those who are in the streets will be fed and taken care of .
