End of Journey help needed

After 18 months of fighting cancer , we are closing in on the journey's end . 
Many may be familiar with my battle with stage four rectalcolon cancer . This journey has had it's highs and lows .
There were moments of great victory . I had  returned to work in February 2018 . I worked full time until December 12th 2018 . That's when the disease took the upper hand , leaving me paralyzed and on hospice.
