End Izzy's suffering from CRPS

Izzy was an active, happy and hilarious young girl until our worlds came tumbling down. She lost a lot of weight and was hit with extreme dizziness. (She is now diagnosed with MCAS, POTS and EDS). But after a day of her first hospital admittance, she was hit with intense pain in both her legs. She is now wheelchair and bed bound, she cries out in pain constantly, asking us to please make it stop. Despite being in hospital 4 times, totalling a year, she is yet to find relief. We have tried hypnotherapy and oxygen chamber therapy. The hospital will not give pain relief and says she just needs physio yet physio says she cant progress until she has relief! She has been ill since Dec 2022. She can now not do any physio as every movement is excruciating for her. We have researched alot in to possible ways to relieve CRPS pain and ketamine infusions are showing promising results. The NHS will not provide this nor can we find uk private treatments for under 18s. We tried ketamine with no relief and this was soul destroying. She then suffered from sudden hearing loss and is completely deaf. We have decided after a year and a half of searching for answers and her suffering, that our only option is to privately fund treatment out of the uk. Italy has specialist CRPS clinics and just four infusions of neridronate could relieve her pain and very possibly put her in remission- our dream for our daughter. I was a midwife and gave up my job to care for Izzy, her dad also now works from home to share her care (I have two sons who are also classed as disabled. For this reason, we do not have the money to pay for the treatment. We have decided to try go fund me to aid us in getting her there as soon as possible. We would not ask if we were not desperate to get her help. Hearing your daughter scream out in pain and say she hates her life is not what any parent would ever want to experience. CRPS is called the suicide disease for a reason it doesn't come and go, it just gets worse for her and she is understandably depressed. We want our happy, crazy girl back. We are raising money for treatment, around 23k with accommodation . We will know exact figures when we can book and get an individual treatment plan.
We are extremely grateful for any donations and will share her experience during for other crps sufferers looking for possible treatments. Thankyou for reading
