Sean's passion was music and video production, and he was working with his brother Aaron to build a digital media production company, Bro Bart Productions. They were beginning to see real success with their venture, and Sean was excited about his future  and the opportunities ahead.

At the time of his passing, Sean was utilizing the services of a new nonprofit, Encouraging Strength, in order to develop and grow his new business. The non-profit organization’s vision is to grow small businesses and entrepreneurs by helping provide the necessary framework for success in the modern world.

We want to honor Sean's memory and his optimistic, entrepreneurial spirit by raising funds to support this nonprofit organization so that it can grow and support other young people and their new businesses.  With the funds raised, we will work with Encouraging Strength to support other young entrepreneurs in our community to keep Sean's spirit alive. 

What is Encouraging Strength?
We are a 503 C organization.  We provide free counseling and translation (Spanish/English, available for now) to small businesses that need marketing, customer relations and business strategies. We help entrepreneurs develop their ideas and keep current in the modern world. We also provide organizational leadership. Our counseling is available online or in person.
