Encountering Jesus is the most important, wonderful and transformational thing that can ever happen in our lives. And whoever we are, whatever the state of our lives, hearts and minds, he longs to meet with us where we are.

Encounters with Jesus is a free concert of 10 songs exploring stories from the Bible where Jesus does exactly that. Stories of Jesus' individual responses to the rejected, cynical, seekers, haters, thinkers, desperate, proud and neglected. People just like us.

It’s a space to welcome people to reflect on these stories. A space to invite the Holy Spirit to powerfully minister through God’s Word and music. And my deepest prayer, is that it’s a space where people can meet with Jesus themselves, and respond to the eternal adventure of encountering Him.

The concert is designed as an outreach programme, where church communities are able to be involved with the accompanying scripts to the songs and potentially launch other gospel sharing opportunities (e.g. testimony nights, Alpha course). We are passionate that the gospel is free of charge, so won't be ticketing the concert. We are hoping to tour across Wales (and possibly the wider UK in the future), including communities that would not be able to afford to contribute financially. Funds raised will be used for touring sound equipment, printing programmes, postcards, travel expenses, musician performance contributions and the further continuation of this ministry.
