ENCORE: Samara's Last Song

Donation protected
Samara Neshelle Marshall was a blossoming vocal major attending The Cobb County Center for Excellence in The Performing Arts at Pebblebrook High School. Though she was merely 14 years old with a meek demeanor, Samara used her voice to lift those up who were down. She was insightful beyond her years; brought a smile to those who bared a frown; guided her peers that felt lost; encouraged anyone who was unsure. She was sweeter than sugar and tougher than nails.

Throughout her short life, Samara battled and overcame complications from severe asthma and food allergies. Unfortunately, on March 30, 2018, she took her final breath on this earth after suffering an asthma attack at home. While we will always miss her sense of humor, those sweet dimples, and her genuine zest for life, we will not forget, or take for granted, the lessons learned and memories we have shared with her.

We  could have never imagined that we would to lose such a precious child; daughter, sister, and friend; we have no choice other than to celebrate and cherish our baby girl. Your donation will aide in the assurance of the proper send off of our sweet girl.

While our family never imagined having to do so, it is from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for helping us remember and honor Samara.

Thank you,

The Marshall Family
