Enara James Memorial
Donation protected
Enara James Welch-Albers was born on March 6th in Duluth, MN. weighing 8 lbs 13 oz. During the birthing process, Enara’s shoulder got caught in the birthing canal, ultimately cutting off her airway. Enara’s lung also collapsed due to meconium aspiration. These two combined led to her having to be resuscitated before going to the NICU. During this, the medical team laid her on a heating pad which was too hot for her newborn skin, causing severe burns on her back. Obviously this can be overwhelming for a newborn and their parents to heal from. Enara spent 10 days surrounded by unconditional love in the NICU, but ultimately her soul decided it was time to return to the light. We are confident that Enara lives on through Ana, Owen, and all that love her. She also lives on with the sun, moon, water and wind. She’s truly everywhere now. We will never forget the deep impact she left on earth and Ana and Owen will be reunited with her eventually. We’re raising money to cover the cost of Enara’s memorial service and to support Owen and Ana during this time of mourning and transition. They will be moving back to Golden Valley and will be missing months of work in the process. the money will also go towards everyday necessities like feeding themselves and their bunny Chi Chi, paying their bills, putting gas in their car, etc. Her name, Enara translates to illumination / light within the darkness / hope. Which is exactly what she is. we are beyond blessed she was with us for 10 days on Earth side. Being with her helped us all have peace of mind that everything will be okay.
Thank you in advance for the support, we appreciate it beyond words.
