We have an exciting opportunity to represent Australia at the Enactus World Cup, against 35 other countries.
Who are we? Enactus at the University of Melbourne is a student-run, not-for-profit organisation that strives to make a better day for everyone through social entrepreneurship.
We had the chance to present our meaningful project, Swap Cup , at the Enactus Australian National competition early July, where we took home the winning trophy.
The win was a combined team effort, 40+ students, who have been putting in many hours over the last year. We are so thankful for all the support we received from our friends and family.
However, this is just the beginning of our story. We have been invited to represent Australia at the Enactus World Cup in San Jose, California, USA in September 2019.
This once in a lifetime opportunity will allow us to present our successful projects on the world stage in front of a social-impact driven, intelligent group of students as well as business leaders from around the world.
We will be able to see how our projects will stack up against our competitors, but most importantly, learn from these global leaders young and old.
Through networking with over 1000 other students from these 35 countries, we can learn more about community outreach projects, which we can then implement in Australia to make enact even greater change.
There is so much to learn, develop and utilise from our friends overseas. Give us the opportunity to grow and give back more to our community.
Our goal is to reach $15K, so that we can support our team to America.
Your support is greatly appreciated. You will enable us to take the next big step in doing what we do best: driving social impact through social entrepreneurship.
