I’ve proudly watched our community rally together many times to help our own when they need it most. I'm asking you all to find that love and compassion in your heart again because now more than ever, Kyle and Kelcy Mask need our love and support. Anything you can spare will help them tremendously! When Kyle is feeling better, and they’ve adjusted to life with their now three beautiful daughters, I hope to plan a get together somewhere to thank everyone for their help and support, and to celebrate life!

Here’s their story.

Kyle and Kelcy were married in September 2014, Kyle lost his job in November 2014 and he’s been unable to find employment since. In February 2015, they found out they were pregnant! Kelcy worked as a dental hygienist in a small dentist office. In September she had to give notice at her job as they do not have a disability program for pregnant women so they are both without a job now. On September 2nd, Kyle found out he had testicular cancer. Kyle has had this since November 2012, but his PCP missed it after Kyle went to the doctor 3 times for the same issue. On September 11, Kyle had surgery to remove the testicle; the biopsy revealed three different types of cancer and it had spread to his lymph nodes. He now needs an aggressive chemo therapy treatment for 12 weeks. On September 30, their sweet miracle baby, and Kyle's first born, Kaisley Kole was born! Chemo started today, Monday October 5 and they began a new chapter in their life. I have no doubt they will get through this difficult journey with strength and grace.

May God Bless You All.
