Bonnie and kids

My friend Bonnie Hall is a single mom of 4 children. She has been battling diabetes for as long as I have known her.  She has been in and out of the hospital for that long too for one thing or another. She lost her mom to cancer in Feb of this year. She had a seizure before her mom passed. After her mom passed, Bonnie suffered a heart attack. Since then, she's been hospitalized for ulcers on her esophagus and just this past Friday she was in the ER all day with a bladder infection. Thinks were looking up and her kids thought she would be going home yesterday. Being Mother's Day  that was perfect timing. She was in a regular room and the nurse went to check on her around midnight and found her not breathing. We don't know how long she wasn't breathing before that started CPR. So that cardiac arrest lasted 6 minutes. Not too long after that it happened again, this cardiac arrest lasting 11 minutes. Damage has been done to her brain, she has been on a ventilator since then. The children have decided to start comfort care tomorrow morning and have the ventilator taken out. This is so hard. We don't know what is going to happen but it doesn't look good. These kids have lost their Grandma and now having to watch their mother go through this. We need your help with anything the kids will need to do with things coming up that they will have to face.
