In Memory of Raquel Baez

Raquel junto a su esposo el pastor Enrique Báez dedicó su vida a servir a Dios y a la iglesia. Como maestra de teología impactó decenas de estudiantes que hoy sirven como pastores en varias partes de América Latina y Estados Unidos. Luego de batallar durante los últimos cinco años de su vida la enfermedad degenerativa ELA, pasó al descanso rodeada por sus tres hijos Erick, Eddy, Rachel y su esposo el pastor Enrique en California. Su cuerpo será llevado a la ciudad de New York, donde se realizará un servicio fúnebre para luego ser llevada y sepultada en República Dominica. Raquel, together with her husband, Pastor Enrique Baez, have dedicated their lives to serving God and the church. As a Theology Professor, Raquel impacted dozens of students who today serve as Pastors in various parts of Latin America and the United States. After battling the degenerative ALS disease for the last five years of her life, she went to rest surrounded by her three kids Erick, Eddy, Rachel and her husband Pastor Enrique in California. Her body will be taken to New York City, where a funeral service will be held, and then taken to the Dominican Republic for her burial. Let us pray and support this family of the Lord.
