En Memoria de, In Memory of: Jacobo Soriano

Con un muy grande en el corazón, comparto que mi Papá, Jacobo Soriano, falleció el día
Sábado, 26 de Diciembre del 2020. Estos últimos días han sido unos de los más pesados que hemos tenido. Nuestra familia intenta mantenerse fuerte para honrar los deseos finales de mi Papa. 


Mi familia y seres queridos tenían el apodo de, Jaco y fue una persona amorosa y carismática. Él superó muchos retos en su vida y siempre ayudó a las personas que más lo necesitaban. Sin preguntas. Siempre nos recordó a mis hermanos y a mí de estar unidos en cualquier circunstancia. Nos enseñó la compasión hacia los demás. Se nos fue en fechas muy señaladas. Han sido unos de los días más difíciles porque le gustaba celebrar con su familia y amistades. Será extrañado por su esposa, Micaela, y sus hijos- Mario, Fernando, Jocelyn y Yaneli. Sabemos que gozó la vida de los que lo aman. Siempre vivirá en nuestros corazones. 


Hemos empezado este fondo para solventar gastos médicos y de funeral. Para nosotros es una gran ayuda. Agradecemos que compartan esta información con sus familiares y amigos.

It is with a heavy heart to share that, my father, Jacobo Soriano, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. These past few days have been the heaviest we’ve ever had. Our family is trying to keep strong as we honor my Father’s final wishes. 


Our family and his loved ones called him Jaco, and he was the most loving and welcoming person we knew. He persevered through many challenges throughout his life, yet he never failed to help those around him, who he knew needed his support the most. No questions asked. He reminded my siblings and I to be united, no matter the hardship. He taught us to be compassionate and understanding. He passed too close to the holidays. This has been the most difficult as this was his favorite time of year to celebrate with family and loved ones. He will be missed dearly by his wife, Micaela, and four kids- Mario, Fernando, Jocelyn, and myself, Yaneli. We know that he enjoyed living life around the people he loved, and we will carry his memory with us forever.


We have started a fund to help with any medical and funeral expenses. This support will help alleviate some of the financial hardship, and will allow our family to grieve his loss. It is in this time of loss and sadness that we ask for your support. Any help you are able to provide will be immensely appreciated, no donation is too small.
