Felipe nació el 18 de mayo de 1965 en Patzun Chimaltenango Guatemala. Sus padres fueron Marcelino Sir Tzay y Juliana Boch Cocon. Sus padres eran conversos a la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días y Felipe se bautizó a los 8 años.

A los 22 años, se casó con María Florinda Cap Mucia. Juntos tuvieron 8 hijos, 5 casados, 8 nietos y 5 nueras.

Felipe siempre estuvo dispuesto a servir a todos a su alrededor. Fue una persona que siempre mostró y compartió su fe y creencia en el evangelio de Jesucristo.

Felipe was born on May 18, 1965 in Patzun Chimaltenango Guatemala. His parents were Marcelino Sir Tzay and Juliana Boch Cocon. His parents were converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he was baptized at age 8.

At the age of 22, he married María Florinda Cap Mucia. Together they had 8 children, 5 married, 8 grandchildren, and 5 daughters-in-law

Felipe was always willing to serve everyone around him. He was a person who always showed and shared his faith and belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
