"Since April 2016, Lode van Zuylen and Stijn Remi have been bringing the best possible products from the Berlin region and Europe into their kitchen. What is served is reflected in a menu that is based on the diversity of the season and is always changing.
Awarded a green Michelin star, 16 points in Gault Milliau and one of the founding members of "Die Gemeinschaft", the aim was and is to present a blend of excellent craftsmanship and the finest products. Since joining our team in 2018, our sommelier Ole Ortmann has ensured the same standard for handcrafted wines and beers."
