My name is Emy. I’m not really used to asking for help. I’m usually the one working, pushing through, figuring things out on my own. But this is something bigger than me, and I’m finally allowing myself to be open about it. For a long time, I haven’t felt fully comfortable in my own body. It’s not something you always see on the outside, but it’s something I carry with me every single day. That feeling of being a little disconnected from myself… like I’m not fully showing up as who I truly am. And I’m tired of that feeling. Top surgery, for me, isn’t about changing who I am, it’s about finally feeling like myself. It’s about confidence, peace, and being able to move through life without constantly second-guessing how I look or feel in my own skin. I’ve spent a lot of time growing, learning myself, and getting to this point. This isn’t something random this is something I know I need.

If you know me, you know I’m always grinding between work, my goals, and everything I’m building for my future. So even being here, asking for support, took a lot for me. But I also know I don’t have to do everything alone. Anything helps seriously. Whether it’s donating or just sharing this, it means more than you probably realize.
