Emylie Tran's Memorial

To everyone who loved Emylie, thank you for thinking of her.

On May 20th, Emylie and her colleague Fatima were traveling home. Their car was hit head on by a driver coming from the opposite direction, leading to a fatal collision. When the police arrived at the accident scene, Emylie was pronounced deceased. Fatima was rushed into the hospital and underwent multiple surgeries.

Emylie was the light of her family. She was a loving daughter to her parents.

Emylie met Dom, the love of her life, at age 17 when they attended high school together. They have been blessed with a beautiful son - Damien who is 16 years old. She was the most devoted mother who was very involved in her son’s education.

She made a great impact on many people’s lives through her work at Orange Coast College where she’s worked for the last 16 years in student services.

Her loss was a tremendous shock to all of us.
