Help Emy get a painful tooth pulled

Hi! I'm Emily, or Emy, and I'm a disabled fulltime artist. While I try to take care of my teeth, old mental issues (such as bullimia when I was in my late teens/early twenties) have worsened my teeth. Despite my best efforts, one of my teeth has hollowed out and has exposed nerves. It has begun to cause me immense pain that shoots down my neck.

However, I live in a small area where there aren't many dentists who take my insurance, and the one that does take it is very terrible and would not pull the tooth, which is what I want and what another dentist has suggest I do. This is the dentist I would like to go to, since my mom is employed by her and they're close. Unfortunately, I'd have to pay out of pocket even if I can secure an appointment. I'm sure I can secure an appointment, but I do not have the funds to pay for the extraction and appointment cost.

So that's what this is for!
